Phone screen not working, but phone still works

First of all, this is my first post here so please forgive me if this is in the wrong place or I leave something out etc.

Whenever I stop using my phone i usually put it screen down on my desk and just turn it over when I need it again. I turned it over as usual to text someone and I noticed small little cracks in the screen. Not major cracks, small enough to be mistaken as scratches and there arent many. The phone screen wont turn on but I can still hear that it is working (ringtones, the sound when you touch the main screen, etc.)

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 2016

Do i need a whole new phone or can this be repaired?

Welcome to DroidForums, Khomsey. You may be able to repair your screen with a screen replacement. I would contact Samsung to find out what the cost of repair is. If it's not too expensive, it may be worth the repair.
