Believe me I do not want to drop my phone, but it happens. Watch when your unlucky day comes this thread is going to be the 2nd thing you think of after you have either cussed out loud or in your head as the phone is free falling.

I've dropped it once, and though I swear it fell in slow motion, cartwheeled in slow motion, and slid about 3 feet in slow motion, it SOUNDED as if everything was happening in real time. I don't remember if it rebooted or not, nor do I remember the day, time, or where I was. But the drop. I remember the drop.

My old BB Pearl reboots if dropped. It doesn't take a big drop as only an inch fall will freak it out. It was a pain when using Pandora in the car, you would hit a bump then have to wait 10 years (give or take 10 years) for the phone to reboot.

You guys have to stop dropping your Droids to see what drop feature set's are found! :icon_ devil:
What he said!

From your avatar I assume you are a pilot. Just wondering what preferred app is when it comes to weather?

I like imap weather for radar, though slow as hell IMO.

Aviation weather to grab metars, etc.

Other than that I use the web, mobile duats to file if need be.

Really good for getting company emails hehehe.
