Phone Problems And Warranty/Insurance Questions

Hey everyone I wasn't exactly sure where to put this question, but I have a question about my Warranty/Insurance and which of these two my problems would fall under, My phone is the Motorola Droid 1, Un-Rooted, Running 2.2, or if there's a fix I would appreciate that

1: The phone refuses to connect to wifi, anywhere, even standing right next to it.

2: The camera/phone refuses to focus anymore, all it does is get a red box around it and pictures turn out terribly blurry, I'll include a picture

3: Not a big problem, dunno if it can even be replaced for this, but lots of dust under the screen
