Shouldn't the touch screen shut off when the phone is put up to ur face. I know most touch screen phones do but mine is not. Is there a setting that I'm missing or do I possible have a faulty sensor.

Sensor is in the upper left corner.... try holding your hand over that corner while on a call....screen should dim...

Some have had sensor issues.

... and when you pull the phone away the screen should come back awake as well.

People with long hair, earrings, and long sideburns have issues with the sensor as well.
