Phone might be bricked

    Installed UD v10 and worked fine. installed a new live wallpaper and rebooted the phone and now i cant get passed the motorola screen. what should i do??

    Reboot into recovery (hold X while powering up) and restore a backup (or if you didn't have one install a ROM).

    I would try downloading wallpaper again and reboot into really recovery

    Boot into the Safe Mode and choose a different wallpaper.

    To boot into Safe Mode, turn the Droid off, then hold Power and the keyboard Menu key as it comes on. Continue to hold these two keys until you feel the vibration while the Droid redeye is showing.

    Do your changes to the wallpaper, then reboot again and let it boot normally.

    Safe Mode boots your vanilla version of your ROM. You may have to reload widgets when you are back in your preferred configuration.

    He doesn't want a definition of bricked. I'm sure he realizes it. He wants to fix his phone :)

    It doesnt matter if he doesnt want a definition, theres no point in saying it might be bricked when what he did in NO WAY will brick his phone. We dont need people in the Hacks section posting threads about their phone being bricked for no reason... Proper title could have been Cant Get Past 'M' What to do?

    i needed help so i asked a question. doesnt really matter if i made a mistake in the title. people helped me out and i fixed my problem.
