I have the original Moto Droid, and when the battery gets low (~20 %) it's as if a random finger is tapping my screen all over the place. For example, if I am typing a text message, random letters will be "pressed" and appear in the input field. If I'm on the home screen, random things from the home screen will open up and cycle through settings, etc.

As you can imagine, this is extremely frustrating and renders my phone virtually useless when this happens. A battery pull works sometimes, but sometimes does not. I have antivirus free and Lookout installed, and both of those show no issues after a scan.

Has anyone else had this issue? I've been meaning to go by the Verizon store but I don't really have the time, and if there is a quick fix that would be amazing. And please don't tell me "don't let your battery die! lolz" because that's really not helping anyone...
