Phone locked won't unlock

My son got ahold of my phone and made to many attempts to unlock it now it won't unlock the only thing I can do on it is receive calls. I have had it to two Verizon stores, they couldn't fix it, one told me to call tech support and called them and they told me I would have to contact google, which I can't find a way to contact them about a phone.
