Phone icon missing

At the bottom of my display is the three icon bar; it should show the "phone", the "4 x 4 grid", and the "globe"...my did...now it shows "LAB" in very small letters in place of the phone icon. The only way to make a call now is to use the phone icon from a Droid shortcut. Any idea how to get my phone icon back?

This is on a Droid 2 with 2.2 OS.
