phone heats up on idle

help!!! i'm a newb in tweaking and i dun know why but my phone feels warm even when i'm not even touching it!!!
...all i know is it happened after i tried on some settings with Rom Toolbox Pro..
HELP HELP HELP~~~~~

Sometimes my phone did not like a particular kernel and would overheat even if I wasn't overclocked. If your flashing a custom kernel then try flashing to stop to see if the symptoms persist.

With out more details I am only left with guesses.

This is my experience with my last phone a Motorola Droid 1. A855
