Are you running 2.0.1 (stock), or are you rooted or using a ROM?

    Stock 2.01.

What exactly is a battery pull? Just turning it off, taking out the battery and putting it back in?

pull the battery while the device is still on. Leave it out for 30 seconds or so then reinsert.
