Whenever I reboot my phone for any reason when it's loading up it just stays on the animated loading screen for 5 - 10 minutes usually. Eventually it usually loads, but something isn't right for sure. I've reinstalled a few times wiped every time, and the problem never has gone away. Any ideas whaty may be causing this?

not quite sure whats going on could be ram related pm being sent with a build that fixed ram related issues
