Phone doesn't connect on incoming call

Updated to 2.2. Now on occasion when I receive a call I hit the 'answer' button to connect with the caller but I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Call timer thinks the call has been connected. Any ideas?

My first X did it randomly. I had to RMA the phone and they sent me a new one. Hasn't happened since. To fix it a power cycle or battery pull is usually required. Also, it persisted after factory resets and even using the stock 2.1 sbf (I was on 2.1 when the issue occurred)

Try a factory reset and if that doesn't solve your problem, contact customer service.
