Phone Deletes Photos & Music When Turned Off

I am rooted (DroidMod 1.0) with Smoked Glass theme. I turn my phone off when I go to work so that I don't kill the battery. When I turn it back on it deletes my music and photos... Any idea why?

Just music and photos... everything else is there.

That doesnt make sense. What apps have you installed lately?

Nothing... just the smoked glass theme, the round battery indicator, and the skaggs white clock...

What if you put the music in another folder?

It finds it on Astro but it won't let me use it as a ringtone...

What exactly are you trying to do?

Use my music as a ringtone, but everytime I make it my ringtone and turn the phone off for work, it deletes it/

Ringtones need to be in the \Ringtones folder. If it's found in ASTRO, then it's not being deleted.

Any ideas about my photos disappearing though? They are also in Astro but disappear from gallery.

It's not, you have to make one yourself.

As far as the pics disapearing, can you see them in any apps? If not, then I suggest a re-flash.
