Phone called someone @2am?

So I woke up to my phone auto dialing #22888 or something like that at 2am. The automated voice said it was programing my phone. I ended the call then 2sec later it redialed the number....I turned it into airplane mode and it stopped dialing after I switched it back. Anyone have this happen before?

It is auto update for roaming!! With the old Verizon phones you would have to dail *228. With the Nexus it does it for you automaticly.

Yeah, while we're talking about it, I'm constantly waking up in the morning and discovering 2am calls on my phone that I don't recall authorizing either. Especially New Years' Day...I think like six of my ex's got phone calls from my phone the previous night. Stupid Verizon.

Yes, it's normal. Has happened to many... Apparently it's an auto update initiated by Verizon to update the PRL.
