phone at night

So, I recently started thinking which is best for the battery while I sleep at night , phone charging, phone not charging, or phone off.

CW says the best thing is to turn the device off, with Fastboot disabled... I don't always trust CW though. I leave mine on 24/7/365 and charging every night whether it needs it or not, been working fine for me so far!

Yea, I'm on the same schedule as ace. I will power down, but only to change batteries, and then only if I am too far away from a charger.

Battery University says the optimal charge is done with the device off so there is no discharge from usage while charging. I don't think this becomes a factor until it gets above 90% though .
