I got my droid x a few months ago and haven't had any problems with it. Today I tried to make a call and it wouldn't connect, eventually asked if I want to retry. Then the 3g icon at the top disappeared, internet won't connect, text messages won't send, pretty much can't do anything.
I did a factory reset, went to activate and it wouldn't connect, still. Called good ol' verizon tech support, they couldn't figure it out either. Tried to reactivate my old phone (env3), that wouldn't connect either... Anyone have any tips or maybe an explanation why this is happening?? The only thing that I can think of is that it is rather warm here (about 100 with 110 heat index) and really humid.. could that have anything to do with it?! Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
