Just curious what kernels people are running. I'm running chevy ULV 1GHz and its pretty smooth. Too bad I can't get compcache running.

I'm running the stock kernel that came with 4.2 at 900Mhz, and all seems alive and well. I do not use compcache though.

Sapphire 125-800lv clocked down to 600 compcach dissabled heap at 32. It is noticeably a. Little slower than the 1100 but the battery life seems to be rather good and that is what I needed.

What differences do you see when changing the heap size?

I felt I noticed smoother performance with multiple Apps and the slower clock speed. I don't think I could tell a difference at 1000 or more

I'm doing the same thing. If I clock to 1GHz the phone overheats. At 900 it's perfect.

Anyone ever run the deprimed kernel? It looks promising.

So I tried the deprimed kernel, and it is awesome. I suggest you all give it a try.
