PDAnet issues...PLEASE HELP!!

Dont know where to post this, but I have had the paid version of PDAnet for almost a month, and it was running great. Ever since 4July, I am unable to access secure sites. Have to have this feature, as I am a college student and am doing most of my classes online, but cannot load the sites. I cant post reports through my phone. It is acting like I have the free version!

I have tried to contact the people at PDAnet, but cannot get an email response and havent found a number to try calling them.

PLEASE HELP! My grades are falling quickly because of this!
