Tried another computer, still the same thing. It must be my phone.

When i installed safestrap and then later decided to revert to stock, there were many issues as a result. However, i didn't have any problems with the phone simply being recognized by the computer. If you are using the stock cable and have the necessary drivers installed and are connected with the phone booted up and in charge only then I'm not sure what the problem is.

That being said, unless you significantly altered or broke the phone i see no reason you would have such trouble getting the computer to recognize it. You have triple checked to make sure usb debugging is enabled?

I'd say first step is uninstall safestrap since the whole two roms thing might mess with it

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable on bootstrapping the bionic will chime in.

You may want to try fist copying over the two update files (893 and 901) as well as the radio.zip file on your internal storage . Then put your phone in fastboot mode (hit power as well as holding down vol up and down) and choosing the fastboot option. Run the runmebbb.bat file which will first tell u it could not copy the update files. Since you already copied them just ignore the error. If that goes well it should wipe everything and result in stock firmware with no radio. You then need to restart the phone using the fast-boot option again but this time you will choose recovery. Flash the radio.zip file and reboot phone once agian.

Once all of that is finished you can then run the runmebbb.bat again which will pretty much do the whole process again but you will most likely not run into any more errors and you can follow the tutorial I linked earlier.

This may be a little backwards but I have done this a few times when I was in the bricked stage with safe strap corrupted.
