I cant find any option to make the phone ask for a password when turning on the phone.

I see it for everytime you turn off the screen but I only want it for when it boots up.

    Is there a way?

I have mine set to enter a PIN to unlock the screen. Every time I reboot, I need to enter that PIN. I assume setting a password will do the same thing. It's under Settings Menu - Location & security - Change screen lock

I don't think you can choose. It's more of a take it or leave it 2 for one deal.
