Partial root access loss?

I seem to have lost partial root access. Although root access seems intact for many apps (titanium, root explorer, clockwork...), whenever I try to launch a overclock app, I get the "not rooted" msg. Also typing su at the terminal gets me access denied. I am running Liberty GB .5 .591 on a Droid x. Everything else is running perfect. Any ideas what could be wrong?

That is a known issue when upgrading to firmware 5.91 I suggest you download gingerbreak. It will fix the issues.

I have run gingerbreak v1.2 a few times. Still no go. Perhaps Liberty GB v.6 (when it comes out) will resolve the matter. Thanks for your reply though.

You sure usb debugging is on? If all fails reapply .88 firmware then use fabs .91 kernel update then apply the liberty.... never tried that method but hey who knows what happens :icon_eek:.
