So I've been using Tiago Sousa's Milestone Overclock app for a while now, and it's great.

Sometimes, however, I suspect the app's su permissions have been rescinded and I have to reallow it (this is as simple as opening the app, pressing Apply and seeing the little notification come up saying "Milestone Overclock has been granted SU etc."). That is literally just me feeling the phone is getting slower. I might be imagining it, I don't know.

Am I just crazy, or is my phone underclocking itself after a while?

I've seen some people on the interwebz saying they use Milestone Overclock as well as SetCPU at the same time. Is there a method behind their madness?
