Overclock/Underclock Liberty v1.5

Ok I know in liberty there is an over/under clocking setting built in I am wanting to increase my battery life. So I am guessing I need to underclock it.. If so can someone help me out,, I don't understand how to set my settings..

Easiest way is grab Droid X Overclock by Jrummy from the market. Its extremely easy to use and the UI looks sick!!!

Ok lets say that maybe I cannot download it from the market because of parental disputes.. How would I go about setting up the one on the phone

Go into terminal emulator and type the word overclock
