Overclock Question?

    :icon_ banana:Hey im want to overclock my phone so its superfast but I dont know what speed would be good?? im on ESE81 and I have DarkEdge installed? any help? Thanks

    There is not a right answer to your question. Some people's phones can run 1.3 GHz without problems, other's crap out at 1 GHz. You just need to play around and experiment on your own. See what you can pull off without FC or overheating problems. Stock clock speed is 550, if that helps.

    damn, son! Give us more than an hour ... ;)

    my droid has OCed up to 1.25 without any issues but at this point I run "ondemand" with a 250-1000 kernel. At 1ghz, things are as snappy as I need and I can still conserve battery (testing chevy's lowV kernel now). You'd probably notice higher performance in google earth or games but all the android functions and common apps don't seem to benefit from going over 900-1000.
