Hey everybody im lookin far a bit of insight if anyone may be so kind. Got a rooted dx (z4) and I've tried a few apps to overclock but I just can't seem to make it much faster at anything. My wifes stock d2 is just as fast and my buddies htc smokes me!
I don't have any custom roms or anything like that I just want some online/ download speed! Anybody got any ideas for a noob? If it helps I do have a root tools type app and I have some custom fonts, stock apps blocked (blockbuster etc) and boot screen just some simple stuff

Overclocking will have little to no affect on web browsing and download speeds.

    Try a different browser?

Thanks I apreciate it. Would it have anything to with browsing related things like scrolling or double tapp to zoom cause it seems like alot of simple things like that are real glitchy ever since I've been rooted

Try Opera, there's no flash but it seems to want to stay at a legible size.

Glitchy? That sounds like a bad root. You might want to unroot and reroot.
