Over the air live web cam

When I had my windows phone I came across this cool software that makes your camera on your phone a live web cam! It's still free and if you're into blotting, my space or have a website you can put a player on your page for people to see what it is your web calming. I don't truly believe it malicious software cause I never had any trouble that I know of in the two years I used it. But they do have an android app but it's not on the market. I had to temporarily allow all apps in my settings to get it. I got it on droid 2 and it seems to work just fine.
