looks like an awesome case! just ordered mine. found this code online for 10%, it worked:
Argh! I keep forgetting I don't want a snap-on shell because of my docks.
Still looking for the ultimate case...
Just received my Otterbox case, and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the case higher quality than others I've seen, but they include a quality screen protector as well. (similar to the Seidio as it covers the whole screen including home, menu buttons)
They also gave a small microfiber cloth and small card to install the screen.
I used this code to save 10% and get free shipping
They give you free FedEx ground, I received mine in 3 days and I live on the east coast. Highly recommend.
Hope this helps
Curious to know how this compares to Seidio.
Got mine in the mail yesterday, I love it.
It does have "plugs" so it completely encloses the bottom half. It has a plug fill in for the audio, as well as the USB port. It covers the camera, volume, and power button with its own buttons, and they work well.
Hands down the best case I've had, I tried the BodyGlove as well. I will try and get pictures taken and put online for ya'll
Still no pics? Come on, someone post a couple please.
Hello everyone. I am new to the forums. I just got my OtterBox case today. Did a quick review on YouTube. Video is still processing now, but here is the link. Overall a pretty good case. . I hope it is ok for everyone, 1st review done.
I would be interested in knowing the feel of the outside of the case. Does it have a rubber feel? satin? Would it slide in and out of a pocket well? Lint magnet? Thanks for the review.
Thanks for the video review!
I was wondering if it would work with the Seidio spring clip holster, and you answered that question for me.
Thanks for the review, and well done.
808 ... thanks for the informative video ... it answered a lot of questions pictures don't.
one thing i like in my fones is heft, it looks like the commuter case adds meat to the form factor of the fone, i assume this because of the inner and outer jackets on the main body. can you confirm it is thicker than the seidio case ?
also, the bezel that goes on the screen, it may not be a bad thing that it's flimsier, because it is probably chosen to be softer for impact resistance.
i wondered about the ports and whether they were covered or not, since they are, that's a good thing for me, it means the main body won't accumulate much dust & lint since the silicon seals most of that out.
since i have not gone the route of car mount yet, maybe buying this case wouldn't be a bad idea.
i always was a fan of silicon/hardshell cases for my fones, seems otterbox did it right with this one ...
techbargains coupon expired ... dam ...
found it on ebay from reputable seller for $ 30 out the door ...
will look 4 it in the mail ... take some pics to compare with seidio innocase. if i like it that much, i'll prolly sell my innocase
