Its another painful step to get to ICS. Just think, next year at this time, there's gonna be a bunch of people yelling about the next big jelly bean update, and where's keylime pie!! Lol.. just an observation.

Have you tried rebooting your device???

The updates roll out in stages. I know its hard but try to be patient. You're not missing anything. There are really no changes in this ota. Last time we got some icon changes but nothing that I see on this one. I have alot of the useless stuff hidden though.
