OTA this morning, will it block it?

    Just making absolutely sure before I click install. Have no intentions of going stock, so I want my bb .5 to stay. Someone just please confirm for me as I have seen threads both ways dancedroid

    I got the same thing last night. I went ahead and accepted the update and it was blocked by BB0.5

    From what I'm hearing, is if you do this and it's blocked, it'll come back in a day or two. This is because the fingerprint and description in your build.prop is still telling verizon that you are on FRG22D, and not FRG83D. Link below has a patch for BB5 to tell verizon that you are running FRG83D.
