OTA Failing on ICS update.

Ok So I have a Rooted LG Spectrum with Stock ROM. I might have from some apps when I first rooted and since then I wiped it. I did not unfreeze apps. How can i get ICS on my LG Spectrum? Will the Windows Software Updater work?

The PC Software Updater did the trick!

Do you still have root? I lost mine after the update in April. Still have superuser, which I can't remove. But no root.
