OS update bricked my DroidX

Finally got 2.2 last night....downloaded it and went to sleep. This morning I woke up to a totally bricked phone that only flashes the Motorola logo when I push the reboot button (push it once and hold it down). I have pulled the battery out twice to no effect.

HALP!!!

:welcome: to the forum. I do not think you are bricked. A bricked phone won't even turn on, thus the term "brick". I am going to ask to have this moved to the X section for further assistance. I believe several others have had troubles since the 2.2 update.
