When I receive a jpg file in an email, I cannot open it. I open the email and see the file name. I usually have to click to download the whole message (which I assume is the file), but I cannot then open the file. When I download a pdf file, I can just click on the file and it opens. The file name on a jpg does not appear as a link to another file.
Do I somehow need to associate jpg with a certain program, or is there another solution.
