Opening an app and having it close right away...

I have this weird problem happening every once in a while. When I select an app to open up, it quickly opens, but as fast as it opens it closes right back up. This isn't a force close, it just closes. If there is a prompt on the app asking "are you sure", that will come up and selecting yes will close it, selecting no will just cause it to blink and ask you again.

I've recently done a factory restore, but this issue has happened before and after the restore.

Anyone else see this happen too?
