Opening a Word Document

I have online classes, and our professor sends us our graded papers back over the eCollege system. When I click on the paper, it begins to download, but then the download was unsuccessful because the size cannot be determined. I've got Documents To Go, which doesn't help. I'm not sure if it's a Microsoft Word issue or because it's the eCollege system. Anything I can try to view my papers? Thanks in advance!

I assume you're using the stock browser. Try one of the other browsers such as xscope.

I use QuickOffice. It opens Word, Excell, PP, as well as PDF's
