Click it in where it is sticking out. When I take the back off and put it back on that happens but I just have to push down that area and it clicks in.

I have the same problem... can mine won't click in. My buddy is picking up a TB today, I'll ask him tonight.

The display version of the HTC Thunderbolt that I checked out before buying mine had the same problem. Just put both thumbs on it and press, it will snap into place. At least the display version that I handled did.

Mine did that once the other day. I finally had to push down really really hard to get it to click, but now it's fine.

I did the same thing to fix mine.
