One of the best "features" of the HTC 10 is almost no duplicate apps!

It looks like HTC has listened to their customers. They have done away with most of the duplicate apps that you typically see in branded (non-Nexus) smartphones. (Referring to the typical branded device that has two browsers, two weather apps, etc - all duplicated because the Android software includes one, and then the phone maker includes one too.)

Reports have indicated that HTC specifically worked with Google on this one to reduce most of these overlapping apps. There are still a few, like the HTC Mail app and the Dialer, but for the most part, HTC has eliminated them. Nice!

Nice that an OEM has done that but unfortunately that extra space just means another few bloat apps for the carriers to add.
