since the auto-overclock is already included w/ this ROM update, I'm assuming, there will be conflicts when running SetCPU. is there a way to disable the auto-overclock feature?

SetCpu will override the Autoclock feature. If you want to underclock your kernel a bit or set profiles, SetCpu will still do that.

No problem. Yeah a few roms that I ran had the autoclocking on it but setcpu still would work fine. Just run setcpu as you normally would and it should be ok.
