I did the whole rooting thing, then switched to the DMUpdater version. Tried to find a theme close to the beloved black smoke theme. Went to the metamorph site... thought I followed the directions.... obviously I did something wrong.

My phone won't boot completely now. says 'droid mod' over and over and over.

    What can I do?

Pull the battery. Then turn the phone back on while holding the 'x' key. This will boot into recovery mode. DroidMod should have made a backup before installing so you can go to backup/restore and select nandroid backup and then choose the most recent one. That should fix it up.
