You load it through fastboot and your computer. Super quick and easy to do. There is a sticky of how to do it in the development forum as well with the exact code needed to use.

Try a different keyboard!
There are much better options out there than the stock one.
I'm using SwiftKey and liking it a lot!

Hey, chevihemi, could you please repost this without the predictive mistakes?
Just in case I have a problem it would be great to have some concise instructions.

I think you need the typing practice anyway.
Lol
Jk

Cool.
Thanks man.
Do I have Rezound in charge only mode, fastboot off, debugging on?

Groovy Baby!
Flashed the recovery.
Made the backup.

Final question... maybe.
:)

There is now a folder on my sd card called "nandroid".
Inside that folder is another folder which contains the backup info.
Can I move that folder to my pc hard drive to save space on my SD card then put it back on should I need to restore?

Thanks again "Chevi"

Yes, you can put it on your computer but I like to keep at least one backup on the sd so if something goes wrong and im away from home I can still restore.

Yes.
I will too.
I just probably will take the backup with the original bloatware off and keep it on a jump drive that is with me all the time anyway.
I've heard that the upcoming OTA ICS may not install if the bloatware isn't there.
Hey, another quick question if I might.
If I install a custom ROM on here, will I still have the option of going back to factory specs? I assume that the image for that resides somewhere in internal storage where it can't be messed with?
Thanks.

The bloatware is no longer on your Rezound but you can find factory images, called ruu's that you could restore with aman ra.

Ideally you should have made a backup before debating though

Yeah, I did.
So, are you saying that the factory reset option is gone after installing a new ROM?
