It's not that bad. Not sure I could use it as a daily driver if the OG Droid was still my phone but overall it was pretty smooth. Camera works, video works, 3G data works.....

Replacing the default launcher with Holo HD or Apex or something makes it smoother.

For such an outdated device.....it is very impressive at how well it runs.

Um, yes. I would still use the OG if I wanted a overly heavy slider that is really slow with a small display! :p

we're not talking "like" its obsolete... it is obsolete lol.. it was a great phone in it's time and I enjoyed everyday of it but compared to what's out now and the amount of space u need for the newer games and apps... plus screen size.. batt life... lte.... overall speed etc etc etc... I could never use the d1 for another day....

I was using it until June... only reason I'm not still using it is I wanted to keep unlimited data with 4Gl
