After the second update (the very large file) if your phone prompts you to update Google Play Services and it hangs for a while don't be alarmed. Mine stuck on the Google Play Services update screen for a good 4 minutes and then finally updated. :)

It eliminates me. I get by on 12gb/month.

Well yes, and you're not on UDP so you have Hotspot as part of your plan. But thanks anyway.

Eliminates me also FoxKat. I changed my plan back in November to save a ton of money each month, and free Hotspot comes with my current plan. Sorry, otherwise I would be more than happy to help.
Thank you, and I'm sure you would!

Google Now On Tap is a cool new feature. I like it!

It's OK. Not sure how much I'll actually use it.
We shall see.
I like the permission asking a lot.

It won't let me DL the second part as I'm not on Wi-Fi?? Is there a way around that?

Apparently the part 2 file is like that for everyone getting M. It will only download via Wifi. At least thats what I have read in quite a few places.

It's a freaking gig+. It would take an hour to download on 4G.

You know better then that, 'Stang.
Was that with a strong data signal? The entire time?
What if you were traveling and driving down Detroit Road near Center Ridge where VZW's signal totally dies?
And what if you are a clueless user who takes the update and clicks "DOWNLOAD ANYWAY"?
Then your on the phone with VZW complaining that "an update ate my data."
There's NO good reason to allow updates over 4G. I am on VZW's side on that.

It's not that exciting of an update...you can wait til you fine some WiFi. :p
