Is there any way to change the setting so that map turns with me so I am always driving "up" if you know what I mean and not stuck with it always making North up?

Right now this is not an option in the android app. We are working on this though, so stay tuned.

Thanks you for the feedback.

I haven't checked to see if this is an option, but my suggestion is to have the red light camera warnings only announced if it's in the direction your driving in.

I've gotten a few warnings as I approached an intersection that had a camera on the road that was perpendicular to mine, but not the road I was driving on.

We are looking into this, it is a lot harder than it seems.

Thanks,

Sean

Not bad.

What this app really needs is the ability to add it as a layer within the Google Navigation software.

It could make a beep when you come up on a known speed trap. Perfect for roadtrips and interstate driving.

I would buy that.

WOW, this would be an awesome thing to add

I have no update on this.

But, you can get directions within trapster... and trapster already has audible alerts... You could just run google nav and have trapster running in the background, and you will be alerted of all traps...

In the Settings menu, what does checking the "Dynamic Alert Area" do?

It could be nice to know that the red light camera is perpendicular to your travel lane. It could mean that there are enough stupid drivers who have run that red light going that direction. Maybe it will alert you to be more careful. Just a thought.

I really like the idea of the app so I downloaded and installed, and created an account. And then it forceclosed everytime I opened the app and would just constantly fc.

Since your phone's processor is overclocked, you are going to have to expect some stability issues.

Look for an update coming out soon, which will fix a lot of the force close bugs.

Thanks,

Sean

Are you saying this is a known issue with the app (compatibility with over-clocked phones?) Because I rarely get fc's with other apps (overall it's extremely stable.)
