    An official TED app has finally launched on the Android/Play Market. Fans of TED talks can now stream over 1200 presentations instead of having to download them as a podcast or use a third party apps. For those of who don't know, TED is a nonprofit organization that hosts conferences on technology, design, and entertainment. TED is known for hosting some of our most brilliant minds and you can now stream their presentations to your android device for free.

    Be careful! This app is a known battery hog. It will eat CPU cycles even when background updates are completely disabled.
