Earlier today during the Note 8 Unpacked event Samsung wasn't very specific in terms of the specifications of their new flagship device. We heard that it would come with a wide angel lens and telephoto lens, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, a 6.3" QHD display, and 3300mah battery, but as far as the processor and other specs Samsung was a bit vague. They included the full specs list in the press release email they sent out earlier. Overall this looks like a pretty beefy device!

We heard it before today but I'm still bummed on the battery size and wish it was a little wider but I'll still be getting one.

I wish so much that the blue was available in the US. So disappointed that only black and gray are available in the US. I wonder if you can buy on carrier payment plans if you pre-order?

Can't wait to see that screen in person. Also I'm anxious to see what that camera can do!

My inner debate; do I pre-order or wait till the US gets more colors available. What's with only black or gray?

maybe the other colors cost more to make - lower profit margin :)

seriously, I am having the same debate. pre-order or wait. if I wait, I will seriously consider the v30 next week.

Hmmm rough call.. I can say I do like my Orchid color more than I thought... That Note 8 blue looks killer though..

You will probably have a case on it anyway..

BestBuy is throwing some off the monthly payments if y'all looking to save a little extra on top of preorder goodies Sammy is offering

I don’t like the cluster of stuff on the back. It just looks too busy. I know the screen will be beautiful like all Samsung devices. The price is just a bit to high for a device that will take almost a year to be updated and will be laggy eventually.

Yeah, the price is definitely hard to swallow. I don't think it will get laggy though. My Note 5, over two years old, has not gotten laggy at all. I expect the N8 will be even better.
