If you want flash you have to download beta 3 : Do this on your DROID!:: com.adobe.flashplayer-3.apk than you need to install it.

If you cant install it you have to go to settings and allow things to be downloaded from unknown sources.

It might need to be pulled from phone...the one in zip file is coded in some weird way...

it's straight from google's servers, and besides the flash thing, mine has been working perfectly... not sure if flash was supposed to be included or simply allowed?

yes its always done that unless you used a third party tethering program.
