The thing i don't like is the fact its running MotoBlur.

Maybe it can be disabled......
Lets hope so. As for myself I
won't have an opinion of til it is
in my hands.
What is throwing me is the lack of
a D-pad or optical mouse. But are they
really necessary?

Found some more pics of the Moto Droid2
The screen does look pretty wide...
Gonna post the link. For those who know how
to post the pics directly please go for it....

The phone in your link is not the Droid 2. It has been confirmed that the Shadow/Xtreme and the Droid 2 are two different phones. The shadow has been confirmed to have 4+" screen.

I apologize my bad.......

the d-pad has been replaced 4 physical arrow keys on the keyboard. there's a screen shot in this thread somewhere. the keyboard looks better than droid1 but hopefully they'll continue to refine it before it's released.

as for moto blur, is it confirmed to be running on droid2? i was under the impression the droid lineup would remain straight android. anyway, i've heard the rumor it can be disabled. also, if you don't use any of the moto blur social networking features it may not be that big of a deal anyway. we'll just have to see when this bad boy is released.
