Off topic ... selling refurbished phones

Hey all,

Long story short, I own a refurb black berry (yes, I realize this is a Droid forum, I have a DX, but still have this bb that I need to part ways with now that my DX is my new phone). My question is, if I turn around and sell this without ever activating it, will I or the purchaser of this phone get any grief over this?
