ODIN Fail

Hi!
When I tried to unroot my phone with my PC, Odin shows a “FAIL” message on the upper tab. I wanted to ask if I am doing anything wrong, or anyone can sort me out of it?

Oh, so sorry, Of course you need that info. It is for a Galaxy S4 and the rooting method being use is rooting with PC by downloading Samsung Kies. Thanks for the quick reply, I love this forum already, ha ha.

So you are looking to root? Or unroot?.. What carrier? If anything screenshot about phone..
