Nova Launcher Permissions Problem

Verizon issue. Stock. Latest Jellybean.

Nova asks permissions on which to use ... Nova Launcher or Touchwiz ... just about everytime I exit an app. Will not remember the preferences.

I uninstalled the app. Reset phone.. checked permissions in the options. I even bought the full version. Still does it.

Any ideas?

I use Nova as well. There was a check box to not be asked this again (I saw the message when going to the home screen). Once I did that I haven't seen it pop up again. I prefer the stock look vs TouchWiz's look/feel. The little additions here and there took a bit of tweaking to get my phone the way I like it; essentially stock android..

There's a app called Default App Manager, you might try that.

Good god, that seems to have stopped it. And it has been getting worse, with almost every tap of the home button no matter what app I'm in.

Thank you.

Changed my mind.

It's still happening. What the heck?

Maybe reinstall the app?

Open nova settings,
Near the bottom look for default home. Click
Choose nova.
Done.

Also go to phone settings, applications, all, scroll down to the stock launcher, tap it, scroll down to clear defaults, tap it. Tap home, tap Nova, tap always.
Hope that helps

Nova settings was set as default already.

Stock launcher defaults was blank. But I cleared data anyway.

Out of the blue, for no reason that I can tell... It just started asking permission for almost every app when I hit the home button again.

I've not changed a thing. Very close to uninstalling.

Yes maybe because I deleted nova and installed apex. And now it's doing the same thing.
