Notifications working intermittently?

I recently installed Liberty ROM (from stock Gingerbread), and now I'm having a problem where I'm not getting notifications when I get an email or text message unless I've recently rebooted. The stickiest part is that it's seemingly random. If I send myself a text using Verizon's web client, it plays a notification, but half the time when my girlfriend texts me, it's silent. I've looked through the settings for GO SMS, and I see nothing amiss. Likewise for Gmail. Any ideas?


ETA: Never mind, I'm flashing to Liberty 2.0 as we speak.

Actually, it's still happening. I installed Liberty 2.0, and for a few hours, everything worked perfectly, but now there's no sound or vibration when I get a text or email. Help?

If I reboot, notifications will generally work again for a few hours, but then they stop working.
